A Plus Family HealthCare is a community health center. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center, also called an FQHC. That means we care for everyone, no matter how much money you make or what insurance you have. We get federal support to keep care affordable. We treat the whole family and we offer medical care and behavioral health all in one place.

Our Sliding Fee Scale lowers your visit cost based on household income and family size.
