Completing Phreesia ahead of time helps reduce wait times for you and other patients by allowing our staff to prepare for your visit before you arrive.
Before Your Appointment
You will receive a secure Phreesia link by text message or email before your appointment. Please complete the steps in the link prior to arriving whenever possible.
First Time Registration
- Open the Phreesia link sent to your phone or email.
- Verify your identity.
- Review and enter requested information, which may include contact details, insurance information, emergency contact, pharmacy preference, and medical history (if prompted).
- Review and electronically sign required forms and consents.
- Submit and confirm completion.
Updating Your Information
- Open the new Phreesia link for your upcoming appointment.
- Review the information we have on file.
- Update anything that has changed.
- Sign any required forms and submit.
Helpful Tips
- Always use the most recent link you receive.
- Complete Phreesia before arriving whenever possible.
- If the link does not open, try turning off Wi Fi and using cellular data, or open the link in a different browser.
- If you do not receive a link or need assistance, our front desk staff can help when you arrive.
